What sizes are the Folding Bike Lockers?

The Cycle-In Folding Bike Locker range is available in three configurations:

  • 1-Tier: 700mm (H) × 400mm (W) × 650mm (D)
  • 2-Tier: 1400mm (H) × 400mm (W) × 650mm (D)
  • 3-Tier: 2100mm (H) × 400mm (W) × 650mm (D)

Each configuration maintains the same compact 400mm-wide footprint while increasing storage capacity vertically.

Will my folding bike fit inside the locker?

The lockers are designed for compact folding bicycles, including many Brompton-style folding bikes. Folding dimensions vary between manufacturers and individual bike models, so we recommend checking the folded dimensions of your bicycle against the locker specification before ordering.

Are the locker compartments individually lockable?

Yes. Each folding bike locker compartment is independently secured with a key lock as standard, providing dedicated secure storage for each user.

Alternative locking options are also available depending on project requirements.

Can additional Folding Bike Lockers be joined together?

Yes. The lockers are designed as a modular storage system and additional units can be installed together to create larger folding bike locker banks.

This allows the required capacity to be built around the available space and can include a combination of 1-Tier, 2-Tier and 3-Tier units where appropriate.

What is the difference between the 1-Tier, 2-Tier and 3-Tier lockers?

The main difference is storage capacity and overall height.

The 1-Tier locker provides one secure compartment, the 2-Tier locker provides two vertically stacked compartments, and the 3-Tier locker provides three compartments within the same 400mm-wide footprint.

The multi-tier options are particularly useful where additional folding bike capacity is required without using additional floor space.

Are different colours and finishes available?

Yes. The folding bike lockers are manufactured from galvanised steel and supplied with a powder-coated frame and door.

Standard RAL colour options are available, allowing the lockers to coordinate with a building, cycle store or wider project colour scheme.

Do Cycle-In provide delivery and installation?

Yes. Cycle-In can provide delivery and installation support for folding bike locker projects throughout the UK.

Delivery to Ireland and European destinations can also be discussed with our team. Costs depend on quantity, project location and installation requirements.
