UK Deliveries

Standard delivery for all orders are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed will receive instructions regarding expected delivery dates.

If items are in stock, orders placed before Midday are usually processed and dispatched for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed after Midday will be despatched on the next working day. If you order is received after Midday on a Friday, expected delivery would be Tuesday.

A tracking number is e-mailed through to you at the point of despatch.

We are unable to despatch over the weekend or on Bank Holidays. However, we do pick and pack, which means you may receive notification that your order has been despatched. Please note, that the order isn’t despatched until a Monday.

How long does my order take?

If the product is on stock then from the point of despatch, your order will normally take 2-3 working days to arrive with you. If an order is out of stock, you will receive a confirmation and delivery can take 2 - 4 weeks.

Please note that once your order has been picked up by the courier, Cycle-In Logistics Ltd is unable to influence the delivery of your order.

If you have not received your product within the agreed timescale.
