Our Timber-Clad Bin Compound provides secure, practical and attractive outdoor bin storage for commercial premises, schools, colleges, residential developments, apartment buildings, healthcare facilities and public-sector sites.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the compound provides a designated area for storing wheelie bins, recycling containers and commercial waste bins. It helps screen containers from view, improve the appearance of external areas and control access to general waste and recycling facilities.
Galvanised Steel and Timber Construction
The bin compound is constructed around a robust, welded-and-bolted galvanised steel frame, providing long-term strength and durability for external use. Powder coating is available upon request in a choice of colours to complement the surrounding building or development.
Vertical hit-and-miss cladding is supplied as standard using 150 × 20 mm PAR treated softwood. This arrangement provides an attractive timber finish while allowing natural airflow through the bin storage area. Alternative timber treatments, cladding materials and finishes can also be specified.
Secure and Practical Access
Twin swing gates provide a wide, clear opening for residents, facilities teams and waste-collection operatives.
A hasp-and-staple locking arrangement and internally positioned drop-down gate bolt are included as standard. Alternative locking systems and access-control options are available to meet individual security and operational requirements.
Standard and Bespoke Sizes
The modular construction allows each timber-clad bin store to be configured around the available site, required bin capacity and access arrangements.
Standard dimensions:
4,000 mm (W) × 6,000 mm (D) × 1,800 mm (H)
Bespoke made-to-measure bin compounds are available in alternative widths, depths and heights. Optional roof systems can also be supplied where covered bin storage is required.
